This is what i have concluded so far. I have been fighting with acne/pimples for one year now, its nothing that i have noticed to do with the weather, moisturiser.. its something i am allergic off... i watched my food intake very carefully hence no spots, but once i had mashed potato and next day mashed peas from work canteen, i kinda burst out with spots with in a day or two.. Then i started taking anti-allergic to calm them down, which it did...

Can you make of anything you think i am allergic off..

any advice would be really appriciated... thanks

Hi there, i am normally very bubly, witty and socialable guy, aged 25, and working in security. My job is to still all alone all day long and i dont get time to socialise. I have not been left with any friend because of my work and sommr gone abroad etc. I feel so empty within myself and wish i could have lots of friends.

Hi, the place i work only offer jacket potato for me as i eat halaal food or vegetarian u would say....
