Dear abc,

Thank you for your email informing me that I have been unsuccessful for the position of Customer Representative at your branch.

It is highly regrettable but I am sure that the company is doing its best to hunt for a talent. From my side, I was truly looking forward to work for you.

I thought that I performed well at the online assessment and interviews and also accept that there may be other candidates that performed better than me. However, it would seem that I was rejected not on the basis of my performance at the interview or any flaws regards my employability, but I have not been assessed fairly and in complete means, so I would like to have an opportunity to request you a FULL copy my answers along with a feedback in order me to take appropriate measures if necessary.
