Replace dried out grease in a vintage Elgeet 13mm f/1.5?

I got an amazing deal on a “for repair” Elgeet 13mm f/1.5. The problem with this lens is that the focusing mechanism is nearly frozen. Aperture works great.

I was wondering if anyone had a diagram or instructions on how to open this lens and replace the old grease?

Also, what are things that I need to be aware of when I open a lens? I have never done this before.

Lastly, what kind of replacement grease should I use?

    Thanks!

Where can you get your home theatre system installed for FREE!?!!?

I just purchased a full home theatre system, it's great, there's dvd players, speakers, tv screens, home theatre units etc. It cost so much, that I now have no money left for the installation, and I think it's beyond the capabilities of people to put this in themself. I don't actually think there's anyone who fully understands this stuff, myself included. So who can put it in for free?

Can I see the photos of my camera again without memory card?

When I was little my gran had a camera she loved to use to take photos on and I loved taking pictures on it too and for my birthday one year my gran bought me my very own camera. I’m pretty sure it’s a Nixon Coolpix a10 and I found it again recently but there isn’t an memory card in the slot.

I want to see the photos I took when I was little but I don’t know if I’ll be able to because of the missing memory card. If I get a new memory card will I be able to see the pictures and videos again?

I’m holding on with a sliver of hope that I can see these pictures again any answers are helpful, thank you in advance.

What do I need for whole home audio?

Just bought a new house. There are 12 ceiling speakers throughout the home and all the speaker cables are routed to a single spot downstairs. I just want to use it for listening to music, preferably controlled by an app. Can anybody suggest what kind of device I need to connect these 12 speaker wires to that would allow me to listen to music, preferably from my phone? And is it possible to group which speakers I want to listen to?

Why is Straight Talk saying ive used up all my high speed internet when I put airtime on it yesterday?

    Favourite answer:

If the plan you have offers high speed data for 30 days and you use it up before that 30 day period, you then wait until your 30 reset, for more high speed data, whether you have paid for more or not.

Get your paperwork out and re-read it. Or better yet, call customer service and have them explain the high speed details of the plan you have.

Recording my VHS tapes to MP4, should I use 4:3 or 16:9 resolution?

I am converting all my VHS tapes to MP4 so I have them as digital files.  Just wondering if I should use 16:9 or 4:3.  Someone told me 4:3, but from what I can tell 16:9 looks fine?  Thanks for your advice.  Below are two examples of the same video (one in 4:3 and one in 16:9), which do you think looks better?

Did I cause damage to my tv?

I recently bought a tv and sound bar to go with it. When I connected the sound to the tv I foolishly misread the instructions and connect both the hdmi cable and an optical cable to the tv when I only needed the hdmi cable as the tv has an hdmi arc port. The tv would reset itself randomly until I discovered the error. Any idea if this will have a long term effect on the tv though I have corrected the wiring?

    Are there real unlimited plan?

For a long time now my phone plan which is linked to my parents (family plan) somehow mine got so grandfathered in, where I had legit legit unlimited data. Talk and text, Internet, and hotspot. I used as much as I want. I used 14,400 gb last month. Imagine how much that would be on a normal unlimited plan. Verizon screwed my mom by lying to her about how they could save her money and it took away my freedom plan. My mom has been fighting them today trying to get the old plan back but they act like they can’t. My mom is wanting to sue them. I’m now in search of new company and was wonder if there’s another plan like mine out there?

Do most people finally realised that digital music sound bad?

Look at this chart, does this chart provide proof that starting year 1999 many people finally realised that digital music sound bad and stop spending on digital music? Even with the increase of digital download and streaming, the total revenue is still going downhill !

How can I shut off GPS location services on my J & J vaccine after I get vaccinated?

    Favourite answer:

Wrap your whole body in several layers of metal foil, for at least 50 years.

And never use the internet or any smartphone or tablet - they are what tell the vaccine where you are!

Or being struck by lightning would also probably be effective; you would never be worried about conspiracy theories again.

Do you believe that you can't see the difference between 30fps and 144fps?

I know someone who genuinely believes you can't visually see the difference between 30 and 200 frames. In my experience there's a clear difference in not just to the eye but also the responsiveness. Gaming at 144fps looks much smoother and feels much more responsive.
