  • Priorities at a roundabout with traffic lights (UK)?

Imagine a very large roundabout with traffic lights.

A car entering the roundabout is past the stop line for the traffic lights but behind the dashed line for the roundabout when the lights turn red for that road and green for traffic already on the roundabout and coming from the right, allowing them to exit the roundabout system.

The entering vehicle is around halfway up the line of waiting cars already on the roundabout.

Do the cars on the roundabout give way or does the car entering give way - ie do the traffic light indications take priority or should roundabout priorities take precedence?

  • How do you change the clock on a volkswagen fox?

With the clocks going back I went to change my clock this morning only to find I Can't.

The obvious ones of pressing the stalks either side don't work - the left one brightens or dims the console and the right one resets the trip counter. I'm at a loss.

  • Why does my twitter do this?

If i click on a hash tag then try to scroll down the page, it jumps back. But it's not jumping back to the previous page, more like an old version of my home page (recent posts are missing). I does this whether i use the page down key, the scroll button on my mouse or if i click and drag on the bar.

I use Firefox if that's any help.

  • What causes curly nails?

My nails are weird - on certain ones, the top corner curls under and round (like it was going to corkscrew) the rest of the nail is fine. The nails are not very long (about 1cm-1.5cm from cuticle to tip) What's causing this?

  • How many more did he kill?

Now Peter Tobin has been found guilty of killing Vicky Hamilton, will police open up cold cases?

The scary thing is that if he hadn't murdered Anjelica Kluck and got caught then he'd still be out there - possibly killing other women.
