How much is this actually worth?

How much is this actually worth? There are not as many signed ones about as people seem to think and i know a signed Half blood price went for £500 about 6 months ago

Right now? About what you paid for it. JKR signed thousands of first editions...they are hardly rare or unique.
A hundred years from now, it may be a different story.

a lot, maybe $100-$200 if you have the sticker on the book.
