Why is this site so dead?
There used to be like 6-13 answers a few minutes after questions were posted and now they barely average 2 answer per 12 minutes

The majority of questions currently are either polls (coke or pepsi) or can be answered by a simple search. An many of the others are inane. I'm here to increase and sometimes share my knowledge, but asking where to find frozen Snickers in Fairbanks, Alaska does not add to my knowledge base.

More people are on at certain times of the day because of work or other things in life that keep them busy.

I noticed that too.
When I first started some questions would get at least 30 answers in a hour. It was more common to get that many answers then now. Although even back then it was the case sometimes.it was more common then now.

They changed from a better, green format to the purple one. People started to slowly leave after that. Then, Yahoo admitted to being hacked and told us it would be fine if we just changed our passwords and security questions two and a half years later. Now, there are just a few of us left.
