  • Best for Backpacking?

I'm trying to make an "Ultimate Gear List" of things needed for backpacking/camping. I'm talking about really camping out in the woods, not in a campground. For right now, price doesn't matter. I just want to know what gear you have used and loved or used and hated. I'm looking for gear that is lightweight, super durable, and would be easy to pack and use by myself. Thanks!

  • Limewire-Java Launch Issues?

Ok, I bought and downloaded Limewire Pro this morning. I got through that just fine. Now, the icon for Limewire is there but everytime I click to open it I get a "Limewire Launcher Error- Need Java Runtime Environment 6.0 or higher". I have Java Runtime Environment 6-13. I even uninstalled both programs then reinstalled them to see if that would work, it didn't obviously. So I need help. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

  • Vintage Ceramic Canisters/Spice Set?

I have this ceramic spice and canister set and was wondering if I could find out a little bit more about it. I think that they were circa about 1920s-1930s but I'm not sure. They are white with a blue grapevine print on 3 sides. They're pretty square. On the bottom there is an imprint of "KARiN" (spelled like that) and a green stamp of a ship with 3 sails (on the middle sail there is an intial of C.N.) then under the stamp it says Germany 30. If anyone knows anything about this it would be wonderful to know! Thanks!

  • Fun Question! Spending $5,000!?

    Ok, just for fun!

If (hypothetically) you were given $5,000 (five thousand dollars), in cash, no strings attached, no hidden fees/taxes/etc., how would you spend it? You can spend it on absolutely anything in the world!

  • Unwanted Restricted Call? Verizon phone?

I have a Verizon phone and a restricted number keeps calling me around the same time everyday. I picked up on the first time and someone is speaking Spanish. It is a long distance/international call! Is there anyway to block this person from calling me? It is really getting annoying! Any help would be great. Thank you so much!

  • How to jumpstart my metabolism?

I'm just looking for ways to make my metabolism work a little more, is that possible? Any ideas, foods to eat, exercises to do, etc? I'm not skinny, nor am I fat. Kind of average I guess but I would like to look good in a swimsuit this summer. I do already exercise regularly (about a hour, 4-5 days a week). I'm trying to eat better, it's a work in progress.... Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you

  • Backpacking through Europe?Any one have hints/tips/ suggestions? Cost? Cool cheap places?

I'm just starting to plan. It is more of an idea really and it would probably be a couple more years until I make the trip. I know I don't really want to go to all big cities, I would really like to see a couple of small towns to really get the feel of the countries that I would be in. I'm going for more of a cultural trip rather than a history lesson... So do you have any hints or tips? Ways to keep the cost down? I'm fearful that it will cost my life's savings. Any places that you have travelled that you really enjoyed in Europe? Thank you!
