How to jumpstart my metabolism?

I'm just looking for ways to make my metabolism work a little more, is that possible? Any ideas, foods to eat, exercises to do, etc? I'm not skinny, nor am I fat. Kind of average I guess but I would like to look good in a swimsuit this summer. I do already exercise regularly (about a hour, 4-5 days a week). I'm trying to eat better, it's a work in progress.... Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you

First see your Dr....get a diet and exercise diary (or a notebook) and write down all your food and exercise......and eat colorful veggies and fruits with enough protein each day and along with your exercise you will be on your way to a great life....never mind trying to get into a swimsuit.....you should concentrate on getting into a new YOU!!!

    take care,

caffeine helps, and so does eating breakfast (jumps starts your metabolism in the morning so you can burn more calories overall throughout the day). also have more muscle mass increases you're metabolism, so the more toning exercises you do, the better!

I've always heard that green tea is a good metabolism booster.

Just try to kick your workups up a notch :]
