where do people manage to find loan sharks to get money of them

    Easy enough.  Drive around the poor section of town.  Look for Pawn shops, loan companies advertising "loans from $250 to $1000" or "Payday loans."  Go in.

    These days it's pretty easy...any payday loan company.  It's basically legalized loan sharking.
