http://news.sky.com/story/1320396/uk-troops-in-ira...

In spite of what Cameron claims, is this in danger of escalating into another long winded campaign?

Founded in 1997, the Project for a New American Century (PNAC) was a claimed Neo-Conservative think tank whose agenda included the invasion of Iraq.

Considering Iraq owns the 2nd largest oil reserves globally, combined with America's and Britain's insatiable addiction to the same, why not pit Iraq's Sunni's against the Shia's since being at variance with each other before the Magna Charter?

Sure, send your fellow Brits to die for a scheme your PM found too irresistible to pass-up. Heck, France didn't buy that "WMD" malarkey!

I do not think ISIS is as embedded in Iraq as the Taliban is in Afghanistan. It may require ground troops to stop ISIS from overtaking Baghdad. They control the second largest city in Iraq and their headquarters is in Syria. If ISIS continues to grow stronger, they will eventually control Baghdad.

No but why not send the Moslems to fight the scourge that is getting them " a bad name"? Surely the peace loving Moslems of the west would want to go and eradicate ISIS?why is it always the west sorting out Moslem terrorists and thuggery when will the Moslems stand up for what is right? More Moslems fight with ISIS than with the British army doesn't that say a good deal about these immigrants and their offspring?

Strictly speaking Britain and America should keep a permanent garrison in Iraq to back up their government and protect the people from these terrible people. However our kind and worthy intents are misunderstood by the left who accuse us of "invading"

I would like us to be there,so YES is the askers answer, however I doubt we will do more than we are,us or America.
