Fix Font Size After Mail Merge?

I am working in Office 2003 and am creating a mail merge in Word from information in Excel. I have added the mail merge into the document, but when I click "View Merged Data" all of my merged information is at 24 font. I have gone back to the original page and have formatted the merged data to 12 font as it says under the Help section. When I view merged data, it still comes in huge. How can I fix this quickly without changing the font on each record? Thanks!

Here's what I know for certain: The size or font of your data in Excel doesn't play a role in how it looks in the Mail Merge. So the issue is something in Word.

I think the problem might be that you've hit a Style somehow in Word. Styles are found in that place next to Font that usually says "Normal". When you click that downarrow, you usually find Normal, Heading 1, Heading 2, Heading 3 and Clear Formatting.

Even if your merge document needs some formatting, the test would be to select the whole document (Ctrl+A, or Edit, Select All) and then click Clear Formatting. That should strip all formatting off the whole document.

Then try the merge again. Maybe even go further than "View Merged Data" and actually "Merge to New Document". If that fixes the size 24, then you know it's a style issue.

The trick would be then to re-format the parts you DO want different, keeping the merge fields in the "Normal" cleared mode.

    Good luck!

The numbers are the size around, the letters are the size of the breasts. Going as much as a 38 won't make for an even bigger cup length it is going to easily be a greater in high-quality condition around you. i'm a 34 D- 36 C is the sister length to a 34 D
