Not exactly got the answer to your question but when I read your question it brought back memories. My son who has severe autism is now 21. For years all he would eat was instant oatmeal and dried cheerios (he would not eat the broke ones only the complete circles). I was so sick of making oatmeal and trying to get him to eat something else. On his own as he got older he changed his own diet. He now eats almost everything....except oatmeal, he hates it. He eats all veggies, fruits, loves meat. Her diet will change. I know it is stressful now trying to figure out things she will eat that are good for her.
Maybe she would eat smashed up bananas.

Quinoa, cream of wheat, soft boiled eggs, or egg salad, oatmeal.
Steamed yellow squash, well cooked and mushed up, could add some veggies there. They have a slightly sweet, mellow taste. Good with butter.
Mashed potatoes!
Swiss cheese?
Deli sliced turkey?
Canned pears
Vanilla yogurt
Applesauce
White mushrooms?
