Computer game about 10 years ago. Farming, raise crops, Something like Go West maybe?

The game invlolved you owning a house and farm land. I believe you could go to a store and buy seeds for the type of crops to plant. You could progress throught the years and buy tractors and a truck in the early 1900's. I cant remember the name of the game I played in elementary school. I thought it was go west but it didnt get hits on google. The game is not simfarm or harvest moon or john deere american farmer. I used to play this game in fifth grade and cannot remmeber for the life of me what it was called
