    Mashed potato pizza..

Take 3 cups of the mashed potato and combine it with 1 cup of flour. Add some herbs. Spread out onto an oiled sheet pan and bake at 400 for 15 mins.

Top your crust with some tomato puree that has been simmered with some italian seasoning, garlic and onion.

Add some veggies and cheeses and bake at 400 for another 20 mins.

This next one I found at Foodnetwork.com

    Frttata w/ham, onion and cheese

Onion, Ham, and Cheese Frittata From Food Network Kitchens

    Show: How To Boil Water

    Episode: Hearty Egg Dishes

    2 tablespoons unsalted butter

    1 large onion, sliced

    3/4 teaspoon kosher salt

    Freshly ground black pepper

    8 large eggs

    1/4 cup milk

    1 cup diced ham

1 tablespoon chopped fresh herbs, like parsley, thyme, or dill

1 cup grated Swiss or cheddar cheese

Position a rack about 8 inches from the broiler and preheat.

Melt the butter in a medium non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the onions and season with 1/2 teaspoon salt and some pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the onions get very soft, about 15 minutes. Meanwhile, whisk the eggs and milk in a medium bowl with the remaining 1/4 teaspoon salt and some pepper until smooth. Transfer onions to a bowl to cool. Reserve the skillet.

Stir the onions, ham, herbs and cheese into the eggs.

Heat the non-stick skillet. Pour the frittata mixture into the pan and stir to make sure the fillings are evenly arranged. Cook, stirring gently a couple times in the first minutes of cooking. Then let the mixture cook undisturbed until the bottom sets, about 5 minutes. Transfer the skillet to the oven and broil until the eggs are just set and brown, about 5 minutes. Take care not to overcook or the eggs will be dry. Remove from the oven, cover, and set aside for 5 minutes.

Invert the frittata onto a large plate or platter. Cut into wedges and serve warm or at room temperature.

You can make 2 dishes...and have with bread

Mushroom (thickly sliced) and capsicum (sliced) , onion ( not sliced but cut into cubes) and crushed garlic.

Saute some oil in a pan - and fry the onion and garlic, add the mushrrom and capsicum and finally the tomato puree and seasoning...let it simmer till its a thick gravy ( add a little bit of water if you need more gravy but NOT too much.

You can have this gravy with thickly sliced bread

Mix the Cauliflower florets and carrots (sliced) with the cheese ( you can make a cheese sauce (heat some butter , add a little flour and make a nice paste, but dont let it burn add some milk and stir. When you are about to take it off the fire add grated cheese.

Mix the vegetalbes with the cheese and bake topped with sliced boiled egg and MORE cheese!!...

    Hope this works!!

get some peppers, cut the top off, and fill them with all the different cheeses (i usually use soft cheese) and then put it in the oven. then u could serve it with small bits of cauliflower and cut up and put into the mashed potato then heated. then u could make an ommelette with the eggs, tomato puree, garlic, onion and ham and mushrooms. then for a drink u could blend the carrots with a bit of lemon juice and seasining (salt, pepper that kind of stuff)

put the onion, eggs, ham, peppers and mushrooms in an omelet, cover it with the mozzarella when it is almost done, serve it with potato cakes, make up your mashed potatoes, but make them drier than you should, add some parmesan cheese and fry them in pattys, and you could mix the garlic with the feta cheese to make a dip and serve with carrot sticks and cauliflowerettes

Well you could make omlets using the peppers, mushroom, ham, or make grilled cheese sandwiches or even mackoroni and cheese if you have noodles.
