TRAVEL QUESTION: I am a Polish citizen on H1B work visa in USA...?

I am a Polish citizen working in NYC with an H1B work Visa. I am in between jobs and was told not to travel outside of the United States for next few months but want to bring my visiting parents to Caribbean. Can I travel to USVI's or Puerto Rico as they are part of the US? I may just go to Florida again but would rather bring parents to see the Caribbean. We have EU passports. THANKS!!

Update:

Hawaii would be great but far and extremely expensive from the East Coast. The idea is to keep it fairly cheap and fairly close. Parents are flying in from Poland and don't want to get on another long flight.
