What will happen to the girl from India coming to visit us in the USA?
I'm a female, 61, and have a 24 yr old son. We met this man on Facebook and he has a 32 yr old daughter. She's coming on a visiting Visa to visit us. When we first met them online last year, she had just came back from the USA and divorced an American. It was an arranged marriage by her father. My son found a girlfriend and became uninterested in her and isn't interested in marrying her either and I can't blame him. So, next, her father married her off to an abusive Indian man and she's 2 1/2 months pregnant. She coming to visit us next month and already bought her ticket which is fine but she wants to try to get a job while she's here and already bought a ticket to New York but refused to buy a round trip ticket. She says she won't go back. I can't and won't pay for the baby's birth or medical care or hers. I refused to sign a paper stating I'd reimburse the government for her care. I feel for her but I don't want to get myself into a spot and I'm buying a house in 6 1/2 months and don't want to screw that up. I could take care of her baby while she works IF she can land a job and keep it and IF the US government would even let her. This is just all a mess! I'm a veteran and don't want to loose my compensation over this stuff and my son's on SSDI and works part time. It's not like we're rich! I feel sorry for her situation but...I feel like she's gonna cause issues.
And my son still isn't interested in her, she just wants to come and I can't blame her but I'm worried about my son and I and the drama she could cause maybe. I don't want to get sued or anything.

She can't come and work without a work visa; and if she's pregnant with a one-way ticket, it's unlikely she'll be allowed into the country

There's no such thing as a sponsor for a tourist visa in the US. You won't be held responsible for this woman's medical bills nor for the possibility that she commits a federal crime by trying to work in the US illegally. No federal entity asked you to sign anything saying you'll pay for her because unlike India the US doesn't accept any kind of sponsorship for tourists. It's the onus of the tourist to pay for their own stay.
