What is the musical “I Could Use a Drink” About?

I’ve been hearing many people referencing songs to this musical, and cannot find any information on what the plot is about? Can anyone help clear this up for me?

    It isn't a musical.  It is an album of songs written and composed by Drew Gasparini who writes musicals as his day job.  Due to him coming into contact with Broadway stars, he has some singing the songs on the album.
