Struggling as an international student in a new country?

I am an international student and struggling because:

-The commute to school is exhausting, long, confusing and complicated.

-The city is big, scary, very busy and confusing and easy to get lost in even with google maps, and everything is so far away from each other.

-The language barrier really upsets me but my school is so intensive that I am doing school work until the early hours of the morning so I am not able to learn the language like I so desperately want to.

-I feel so fatigued from all of the above, but my fellow students are full of energy and used to the city because they are natives that chose the english-spoken course, and they all get along so well, whilst I limp after them confused, tired and overwhelmed by everything.

-I start my jouneying to school at 6am and the classes finish at 4pm. Afterwards I just want to take the trip back again to relax at home from all the stress but my group keeps me behind to work on projects. I am the best in my group (so don't think I am a slacker) but I just want to do the work from home, I feel like I am neverrr at home, I feel like every day is a chaotic swirling never ending nightmare.

.....I honestly dont know what to ask. I guess, has anyone else been through this, felt this way, and what things can make this whole chaos easier?

I feel like my body and mind are breaking down.

Telling us where you are going to school could help us answer you. What country.  Also what level of education? I assume at the university level?
