Every media outlet article I read has only negative things to say about Yahoo Answers, why?

This site was questionable from the beginning but in recent years, it really went downhill.

Unsurprising! Wonder how many are in dire straits? And just who Bank rolls them to tell others how to think! No doubt mega wealthy, in need of framing the script, for their down the road antics!

Their ONE world global government has hit the buffers! Conformity. Homogenous. Dull. Lacking in humor.

So all those who aren't obsequious must be demonized!

Some aspects of this site do leave a lot to be desired! 

The trolling. The harassment. The abuse. But condemning the lot! That's overboard!

Anyway since Yahoo was a rite or passage, its being attempted to archive at least some of it. Whole lot would require over 2+ years!

Time was that never would have been the case; apart from the extremely odd questions (of which where were not a great deal), the site started to get real nasties on it, hoping to kick off others who came on here for the right reasons, and were not intimidated by the behaviour of the more puzzling and hateful.

This is why the media outlet (especially English ones) are hungry to let us know what kind of a site this was - and what it had become.

Most media outlets are biased and liberal, but there have been lots of radical questions here from holocaust deniers and paid-up Republicans, lotta racist questions, lotta homophobic questions. Mustah been maybe 1000 questions from moon landing hoax theorists. These folks ruin it for the rest who just want to enjoy the site.

It is & always has been a heap of shat, but I'll miss it.

Because it is rubbish and has been for years.  Some of us only drop in to see how bad it has become and to reflect on how when people get the freedom of speech they demand (and other countries dream of) they abuse the privilege until it has to be removed.

Because the label says 'all your questions answered', but the product is, an array of racist right-wing conspiracy theories 

It all started when they removed 'no best answer' option and 'deleting asked questions' option. I can't delete my questions that are only answered by trolls and spammers.
