What Makes Lesotho Different?
Lesotho was and is completely surrounded by South Africa. Somehow, it managed to avoid the apartheid regime. If Lesotho could do it, why not the other people in South Africa?

Lesotho was a bantustan - territory set aside for non-white South Africans. The apartheid regime left it there to show that apartheid really was an enlightened policy. They were full of ****.
