How is the ISO 9001 certification in Durban, South Africa?

Demons grow human skin (from a sample taken during abduction) and put it on so as to look like us. Demons will invite people to be healed inside their UFOs; those who go will be like zombies after. Gov't provides demons with diamonds and allows demons to abduct people. If you're being abducted, slowly pray the Jesus prayer. Don't panic. Demons use diamonds and souls to power their UFO craft. The bigger the diamond, the more it lasts. Demons have 4 UFO bases: 1)moon 2)inside fake mountain Kailash (Tibet) 3)in lake Baikal in Russia 4)in Atlantis which is underneath double ocean floor of Mariana Trench (Pacific Ocean). There are no aliens. Nobody lives on other planets. Airplanes that go down are hit by demons because they need the airspace to fight Jesus.

Well, when I originally answered your same question only in regards to Egypt, I thought that you were legitimate. However, now that I see your same question now regarding South Africa, I realize that you are most likely advertising your services to the African continent.
Advertising anything here in "Yahoo! Answers" is actually violating the TOSS guidelines.
To answer your Statement/Comment/"Question", I repeat my last comments:
Accomplishing the ISO 9001 certification in any African nation would be very difficult to achieve! In most third world environments you have education and culture as the main barriers. A lot of uneducated workers get the notion that they can do things better than what they are being instructed. With that mentality, it is difficult to get everyone on board to restrain themselves to follow a set guideline and process! It is enough to make a quality control person want to bang their head against the wall! I have traveled and worked overseas and have seen it first hand!It would not, however, be impossible to achieve the ISO 9001 certification (or in any other Third World Country), but it will be a long road with many difficult and cultural barriers!
