Black people tend to have heavier bones than whites. That's one of the reasons they rarely suffer from osteoporosis.

The same bones but different shapes. That's why forensic scientists can often determine race from a skeleton if the right bones are available.

Different bones? No. Different dimensions? Yes. The skull of blacks is, in general, more cylindrical with the nasal bones somewhat more separated. Long bones tend to be longer.

Everybody has thousands of genes, spread over 47 independently passed on bundles of DNA - 23 from daddy, 24 from mommy.
Some individual east-africans have a little bunch of mutations that allow them to run faster/longer than average humans

They are largely the same - the variations between white individuals are greater than the variations between white people and black people, and the same can be said for variations between black individuals. However, there are usually (not always) some predictable cosmetic differences in the skull. The set of the jaw with respect to the cheekbones and forehead, and the shape of the eye orbits are the usual clues that correspond to differences in skin color.
