What does American s have to be careful for visiting Nepal? Doesn’t little kids roam about?

Americans don't have to be especially careful about anything when visiting Nepal. Most people in Nepal are very honest and those who speak English are always willing to be helpful when asked for help. There are, at times, young (and older children as well as adults) who roam about and beg, but they are not a problem. If you ignore them, they go away. Of course, if you give them anything, then lots of other children will come and beg from you as well.
I have been to Nepal eight times, and I've always had wonderful trips.
