Go to the Spanish embassy or consulate and ask them.   They have all the info.

I voted "remain' and in fact have a U.K AND an Irish (E.U) passport.  When lockdown eases I can stay in Spain (or anywhere) as long as I like.

There is a ban on arrivals in Spain from the UK that currently runs until March 2.

travel is banned at this time ...and as we  are not in EU  you would need a visa to work ...which you are not gonna get

if you need a work visa, go to your embassy or Spain's embassy and apply. they'll tell you what you need.

You can't - you'd need a visa to work in Spain.
