I only found out about him thanks to YouTube, I don’t really hear too much about him, I don’t think I’ve ever heard his songs on the radio.

Unique voice and very popular in the nineties.  He’s a throwback artist with a distinctive voice.  Cool in the same way Dwight Yoakam is.

My favorite songs are “Straight Tequila Night” and of course his biggest hit “Seminole Wind.”  And I still smile whenever I hear “Swingin’”...or as John Anderson sings it: “Justa Swangin’!”

Love him, saw him, met him near San Diego in 2003. His songs Seminole Wind and Swingin' are huge classics.
