Bestiality is still legal in West Virginia, New Mexico and Wyoming. Should it be made illegal in those states?
( It's also legal in Russia, Finland, Argentina, Chile, Cambodia and Romania )
*** As of 2017 anyway
" Homosexuality is legal so what’s the point? They’re practically the same thing. If we’re gonna ban beastiality we need to ban homos too "
-- yes but adult homosexuals are capable of giving their consent.

If you look at it the same way as animals are like the equivalent of children particularly because of their size, yeah it should be made illegal because it brings harm to the animals or else you should make doing it with a child legal don't want to do that

Animals do not have the capacity to give consent to humans just because beastiality isn't illegal there doesn't mean you won't get arrested for having sex with an animal they just charge you with animal cruelty if you do it.
Just like technically cannibalism isn't illegal anywhere in the United States but if you eat a person you're getting thrown in jail under desecration of a corpse law.
And if a person consents to have their body turned into a sex doll after they die you won't get arrested for necrophiliac Behavior but you will definitely get arrested for desecration of a corpse.
And also under the obscenity laws bestiality is illegal because all of society sees having sex with animals as unhealthy abnormal and obscene and obscenity is illegal so it doesn't have to say bestiality itself is illegal to imprison you for it.

If there is evidence of unnecessary harm or suffering to animals, it should be illegal If there is no such evidence, why not allow it everywhere. It is not something I envisage experiencing but that is true of many things that are perfectly legal.

I really don't care. It's none of my business what people do if they don't hurt anybody.
