At the beginning of the simulation, you notice that students are sitting in groups segregated by race, with very few mixed groups.?
Are your close friends similar to yourself in terms of race and/or ethnicity? Explain why this may or may not be the case. Might race or ethnicity be an unconscious consideration in choosing friendships?

There are no races, and ethnicity is important because it's easier to talk if you have a language in common.
