if you already have working experience. Please apply for IELTS General training (If you not a native English speaker). then apply for work a working permit. If not you can apply for an employer in the middle east country, southeast Asia region or far east countries like japan Korea china, etc.

You can also try out European region by matching your educational qualification

These days, expect to need an advanced degree (minimum master's) to much chance of any kind of work abroad. Competition for jobs with employment visas is very tough, countries have been making their requirements far more stringent. Even Gulf States are reducing hiring of low-cost labor from Pakistan & India for unskilled labor.

Worldwide labor glut of a billion adults (pre-covid), with another billion on track to enter the world's workforces within the decade. Now, since covid has dramatically accelerated the existing trend to telecommuting, remote working, self-employment, etc, do not expect any employment visas to be easy to qualify for. If the work can be done remotely, no visa. And if you qualify, competition for such jobs can be extremely tough.

    How? You work hard.

Not all jobs abroad require a college degree. You'll actually find more job opportunities that way. Just don't expect a high-paying salary.

    Simply; it's unlikely you can.

Generally getting a work visa requires high level qualifications and experience in a STEM subject area

However each country has their own visa requirements; so do research.

most countries don't need any more poorly educated people, so I suggest you look for a welcoming second or third world country

The military is one option that could take you over seas.

Marry someone who lives in another country where you want to work.

    Both highly unlikely.

Get a job with a major international hotel chain and get transferred.

    Get a seasonal job.

To work in another country you need a work visa. You need a job lined up with an employer who is willing to sponsor your visa.
