    There is also a way to win with ONE move.    White moves.   Black does not.   The clock runs out on black,  White wins........ DUH....

    Yes, but white has to purposely open his king side to allow black's queen in, so it never happens.

    Yes, but very rarely do those opening moves  occur and if they do it usually is a misjudgment on the part of an amateur player.

    Yes, but it is very rare to find a fool that will allow it.

    Four is more common.
