Motion Sickness?

I think I might have some form of motion sickness. I get headaches almost every day, sometimes I feel nauseous. When this happens I feel like the room is spinning. I also get tunnel vision several times a day(which has been happening for years (I asked when this first started happening and he told me that it might be caused by puberty but I finished puberty a while ago and this is still happening?)) These “symptoms” occur usually occur when I’m doing something that involves movement. Like walking down the stairs, getting up from a sitting position too quickly, and standing up for too long. The symptoms also get worse when I’m in things like cars. Is this a form of motion sickness, something completely different, or should I be getting tests done?

This is not motion sickness. I have bad motion sickness. You don’t get it from walking down the stairs or standing too quickly.  Yes you should see a doctor.

It could be diabetes, blood pressure, dehydration, migraines.

Who is “He”. This stuff doesn’t happened with puberty,

I'd guess you have BPPV. Go see an ENT. This is a pretty easy fix.

It sounds more like vertigo than motion sickness.  I would go to your doctor.

Motion sickness is typically from riding some conveyance without "seeing" that you are moving. Your condition sounds like an oxygen supply to the brain problem, blood supply to the brain, or some other problem, possibly diabetes. I am not a doctor, but you need to check this out with one.
