Why would a Paki want that anyway. They don't like mixing with other people. They won't even accept a Bengali or Indian in their marriage talkless of mixing with a bunch of Eurasians.

An actor is an actor, if they are good at their job they can be actors in any country. it helps if they know the language.

If men can become women, and women can become men, then why can't a Paki become a Turk?  In fact, I want to be a Bulgarian gnome.  It is my unalienable right.  Please address me as Sir Igor. Thanks and good luck on the Turkish stage!

A Pakistani can become both Turkish and an actor in Turkey. If you say you are Turkish and have Turkish ctizenship, you are Turkish regardless of your ethnicity. And, even foreign people become famous in Turkey, like a Japanese actress working in Turkey, and a Romanian singer who dies years ago. But, it all depends on your contacts and chance, and do nott be deceived by some people promising this or that. Be smart and act smart. You might try to learn Turkish a bit and to promote yourself on social media like YouTube, Instegram and Twitter first.

They can be an actor in Turkey; but it won't make them Turkish.

If they are fluent in the language, have the appropriate training and are allowed to work in Turkey, then possibly, yes.
