Would you consider Haitian or any Caribbean islander to be African. Because they have African ancestry?

No, because all the people in Haiti and the Caribbean islands don't have African ancestry. A majority do, but it would be stupid to assume they all do.

No. Carib cannibals occupied the islands

before European settlements. It was the

    Europeans who suppressed cannibals

    but diseases usually killed colonials

    sooner than later. Imported Africans

were introduced to replace the dead

and dying. Africans proved no better.

    Former warriors could be conditioned

to accept oral direction and duties as

    assigned by Non-Africans. Attracting

purchasers north of the West Indies.

    Carib's and European initially colored

    the islander populations. That's Spain,

    Holland, France, and England. Most

slaves has no freedom to mix genes

outside of Africans. Only after slavery

ended did Africans begin to add genes

    to largely brown islander cultures.

Haiti still speaks a French variant

    language. Flavored with terms from

other Nationals. "MRE" was a recent

USA addition because it was thrown

out of aircraft in flight to feed Haiti

    earthquake survivors.

Not any more than I would consider the US to be part of Europe just because the majority of people have European ancestry.
