does it seem as if the fires in santa rosa were created with DEW?

    There were 22 fires in several counties in October. Santa Rosa is the biggest town with huge neighborhoods destroyed. Much of the land was unoccupied as compared to southern California with a denser population. I dont know what DEW means but fires were the result of lack of maintenance of power lines and transformers and winds knocking them over and sparks igniting.
