I am a veteran with a stiff lower back and have problems with sitting the trot . Anyone ever tried prof. choice back supports ?

    I haven't used the Pro Choice back support, but I have used the knee braces with great results.

    I agree with the others, chiro and inversion table will also help a lot. I do both.

    Another great thing to add is acupuncture.

    I think you might be better off consulting a chiropractor. My riding problem was following the motion at the canter; a few months of chiropractic care solved it.

    I use an inversion table. It is a daily discipline. It works very, very well if you use it once or twice a day...plus stretches.
