We went to one recently, I'm a hunt seat rider so we were just getting out of our element for fun. Anyhow, my horse handled all the obstacles totally awesomely, EXCEPT they had a trash bag filled with empty pop can on a rope. You had to take the very end of the rope and drag this clattering monster only 30 feet or so, then throw the rope over a fence, and drag backwards so the bag passed you while backing.

We didn't accomplish that obstacle.

Possibly set up a stall selling horse meat burgers to publicity. This ha wWorked in my country a people become aware of the reality of the animal they eat from grocery stores.
