Court threatens two IPL teams with suspension. What do you think of this?
The article states that the Royals and Super Kings may be suspended because of "irregularities" found in the investigation. As well the court has commented that it would prefer an outsider as head of the BCCI. What do you think of this?
Sorry Pardeep but maybe this is the reason they are the best team.
MBIOF, no just monitoring what may happen to the new ICC presidency should Srinivasan be replaced. Since he would not be on any board would a new ICC president have to be elected.

BCCI and the IPL is in need of a serious clean up, but the court shouldn't be arbitrarily choosing someone as the new head.
Instead of suspending 2 teams and drastically altering the schedule (the number of matches will go down from 60 to 34, and BCCI are contractually obliged to broadcast 59 or something), it would be better if the IPL was put on hold until the issue is resolved. It would be great to have a year without the IPL. The team can now look forward to preparing for the long English tour.

Scrap the IPL. Tha's enough. India already has a domestic T20 competition so the IPL is mainly a money spinner more than anything else. I don't find any logic in having two domestic T20 leagues. If one has to be scrapped, then IPL should be it because of all the non cricketing elements that has been brought in it.
Ashamed to see some people here STILL defending this stupid league.

I think supreme court is a bit harsh in there judgment as they cant punish the whole team until proven guilty. Not all the new player who have join these respective teams has anything to do with the betting and all. And because of this tournament unknown players can showcase there talent and they can be selected quite easily into the international areana

Yes supreme court want CSK an RR team will not be played in IPL But according to me this is not team mistake it is only team players mistake .

As MBIOF said it's legal outside ,Maybe England,South Africa ,CSK will be renamed as Cardiff Super Kings RR as London Royals

There are allegations of doing betting on the Owners of these teams. Betting which is illegal in India, is legal outside of the subcontinent.

No CSK no IPL that's it they are the best team of IPL i think and have stats that should play
