Shakiness from not eating?

Hi!

I've noticed on a couple occasions that sometimes I develop shakiness in my hands and arms, to the point where they are too weak to hold things properly, or even type.

I live a busy lifestyle and sometimes I don't get around to eating enough, and I was wondering if this has anything to do with it. Can a lack of food cause shakiness?

Thank you so much if you can help!

***

I also sometimes get stomach cramps - not hunger pains.

I'm 15 and usually eat 1500 calories at the most, but I exercise very often.

It could be toxic shock syndrome from using tampons. You might want to go to the doctors and have it looked at. Embarrassingg I know, but its better to be safe than sorry! Good luck honey.
