iphone 5c asking for password?

Just got the iphone 5c thanks to a GREAT deal with Sprint (my first iphone and I LOVE it!). One thing that annoys me, however, is that anytime I want to download something from the app store, it requires me to enter my password. Every. Single. Time. Quite annoying if I just downloaded something 30 seconds ago. I can't seem to disable it, though. Anyone have an idea?

You have to enter your password. Its for security reasons.

Have you tried restarting the iPhone?

It will ask for your password everytime you buy something. However, it shouldn't ask you again if your last purchase was less than a minute ago.
