Where can I find a cheap engagement ring setting?
I have the diamond, just over 3/4 carat. I'm really on a budget, but I'd like to find a 14K yellow gold setting. Ideas?

Try Adiamor.com, they have many simple solitaire settings to choose from starting as low as $295 for a 2.0mm slim band in 14K White or Yellow Gold. Just remember to let them know the dimensions of your diamond so they can tailor the prong setting to your stone. :)

you could also find something on craigslist, plus if you do find an ad with someone you can always negotiate the price.
