Push ups
squats [no weights]
5KG hammer curls
and 30-60 plank a couple of times
what should i add
BTW Im working at home and i dont got money 4 equipment

Try to sell stuff for money or something because u will get more benefits from working out

No. You haven't work out the whole body yet if you are missing Pull Ups and Calf Raises. Do Pull Ups using the Door. Pull Ups build Back, Bicep Arm Muscles and Forearm Muscles. Calf Raises basically build your Lower Leg Calf Muscles.
