How to improve abs without lower back pain?

i had done enough crunches and i realise my lower back is in more stress instead of the abs

and i dont feel any improvements

aniway im realy afraid of my back

what m i supposed 2 do to get remoev back pain and work on the actual abs

    Try a different exercise. Crunches actually only work one section of your abs anyway. My source has just a few of the potential exercises you could do instead.

    You can do ab exercises without strain. Barely lift the shoulders and don't do any moves if you are lifting and straining the lower body. You can lie on the back and raise the leg with the knee bent and keep the back in neutral position.
