Suggestions for improving business?

I need to write a 2 page report  on suggestions for improving this fictitious business and approximate costs for my assignment. 

Green Office Supplies is a small store which sells an exclusive range of environmentally friendly stationery items - like recycled craft, paper, pens, invitations and art supplies. The store is located in the old church on the outskirts of the busy shopping precinct. Due to its position not many people pass the shop and parking has become a problem due to the construction of a new office block next door.

Following recent financial events, this business is struggling and to make things worse, it is expected that a new stationery store will open in the office complex. Access to this new store will be easy for those working in the building.

I'm not sure where to start, so any help/tips/advice would be great, thanks!

1) Offer FREE SAME DAY Delivery.

2) Identify a clear "target audience" for your business that is different from the target audience of your competitors.  Your target audience is "green" (environmentally concerned) customers.

3) Develop a clear and simple marketing message about your green products.

4) Identify and use green-focused marketing venues for your advertising/marketing programs.

5) Be sure every aspect of your business is "green" and environmentally friendly (you don't want your business to be exposed as a 'hypocrite' about green).

This enterprise is lifeless. Why : eco-friendly workplace aspects is a small shop which sells environmentally friendly recycled products which value greater $$$$ for purchasers to purchase. the hot stationery shop will sell for much less $$$
