can you have a pizza delivered to a passenger train, as a passenger, or to the engine as the crew?

I was stuck on an Amtrak train during a storm, and saw a pizza shop and wondered, can i or the crew order food to be delivered to the train during the stop, either to the train or platform, or at least to the station.

Update:

Like at a station, not like in the middle of nowhere

whats wrong with the buffet car?

Sure. I had one delivered to a Beach, a park, a field, a road side waiting for tow truck 2 hours away, all had no address, so I suppose you could say where you are, as long as you can open the door?? Although the Pizza man would have to make sure he's aloud to do that.. Your better off going to the side of the road. But how could you get out in the middle of a main line that was probably two tracks.

no, to do so would have to have the delivery guy on railroad property, and that is trespassing.

    I don't think so...
