How early should you get to the theater for a sold out midnight show?

Harry Potter of course.

My theater has 6 total sellouts (so far) with each auditorium having 300 seats, for a total of 1800 people. The shows are at 5 minute intervals starting at 12:01, and mine is at 12:26. It's going to be very crowded with no extra seats. How early should I get there?

There were people who got there for part one at 5 or 6 in my theater :0 
My friends and I got there at about 10 and the line was already out of the theater! So we're going at 6 this time >< 
Of course it all depends on how crazy the people are in your area :P

ive heard of people camping out all day long in front of the theater which i think is a little extreme but if u want a good seat u better get there at least an hour or 2 early

I know people who get there as early as nine. I would probably go for somewhere around 10:00

for good car spot you want to get there like hr or something before the movie, if your not looking for a great spot 30 minutes is enough time.
