who else sleeps wearing earplugs? I do...is that strange?

    I do too, I have to or I can't get to a deep sleep. I know quite a few people that do.

    I use them also, it helps cut out background noise, and I am a light sleeper so they help me fall a sleep faster and sleep longer.

    Unless they are really needed..... yes, thats strange

    yupe no unless you have a noisy surroundings
