Whose really responsible for Australias demise?

The bowlers have worn it so far, but the previous two pitches were roads.

I cant understand how the batters have gotten away with it for so long. England's batters have been getting runs on pathetic pitches, but ours manage to get themselves out! Sure, England are bowling well, but there are far better bowling attacks than theirs.

I blame our demise on our batters, notably Ricky and Clarke. Throwing their wickets away playing rubbish, nothing shots.

I also agree with another question asked about 5 mins ago (sorry, forgot who asked it), that is how did Hughes get in the team? Surely, when a side needs to win two out of the next three and not lose another you would pick blokes who are in form. We should have picked young blokes after we lost the Ashes two years ago.

The whole of CA needs to go. Too hungry for money, agreeing to interviewing players during the national anthem, picking crap teams.

Sorry, that's a lot to digest, but im fairly heated at the moment...

Update:

You did ask that question MrJinx64, and i tend to agree with your answer. The sad thing is a cant see how were going to get out of the rut any time soon...

Update 2:

Australia looking good at stumps on day 3. Still, two tests to go and we need to win one and not lose the other.

Thanks for the answers

Arm Chair Selectors by the Pool Side, Ponting and CA.

It is nepotism that rules the roost.

Hilditch continue to remain chairman of the selectors, despite ruins all around, because he is the son-in-law of Simpson.

Ponting prefers his cousin Hilfy over other better players.

Johnson was recalled but what had he done to deserve recalling?

Beer was selected in the test team despite 32 overs, 125 runs and no wickets.

Jesson is out of favor and so are other deserving spinners, excluding Hauritz.

It is cancerous rot that has set in CA and the entire CA needs to be thoroughly over hauled if Australian cricket were to regain some lost glory in the next 5 years.

If it were India, there would have been a noisy discussion in the Parliament and the media would have torn BCCI and the public would have reacted.

Australians are docile and they accept any damn sh*t dumped on by the media.

I am strongly against any type of gun control with exceptions for felons and the mentally unstable. As a matter of fact, I believe that our high schools should, by law, be required to teach a year long class in gun safety, marksmanship, gun care and everything else that comes along with owning and using a firearm safely. Keep in mind that this training includes psychological testing to make sure that a person is mentally stable. When that class is completed and upon the student turning 18 or 21, they should be granted a license to own and carry firearms. This would only ever be revoked in the instance that someone commits a felony or that someone is legally declared mentally unstable. If a person wanted to purchase a firearm in the future, all they would have to do is present this license. Now, I wouldn't go so far as to suggest that everyone be forced to carry a firearm, but I believe it would do wonders towards dispelling the unnatural fear people in our country have towards firearms. EDIT - WonderwalL You say, "I think America should be proud that the gov't allows them to have gun." The government doesn't allow us to do anything. These rights were given to us by God and we have informed the government that they are not allowed to infringe on these rights. Government exists to protect our rights. It does not decide what they are.

i will just say one thing whites can not cope up pressure of rising asians, blame the CA or punter or whatever i will say you are a weak race. As soon as methodical approachers with awareness and interest towards this profession arise in developing countries you are in dire straits.

Poverty and population is hurting us, english made a mess of our country, people are getting aware now, you just can not stop asians because they are superior to you. it is just not cricket we will be hitting you with shoes at all fronts including various other sports over next 25 years

just enjoying 60 years of freedom , the Indians

the biggest losers are 200 years old countries losing the grip slow and steady lol hahaha

you are heated at the moment, just go and put chilled water on your head, you can not do anything loser except blaming few people.

your sister Binglale has gone to the extent of blaming BCCI for australian loses, that was an all time classic lol !

the sydney test is an epitome of your decline because you couldn't win that straight, when you can not win straight , you are a loser in long run

i'm enjoying your abject situation, stop crying now liek a girl and throwing boomerangs for your incompetence ahahaha

I asked that question Dougie. Its selectors fault and that's it. Australia has been on a downward spiral since Hilditch became chairman of selectors
