Yahoo Fantasy Football: Can't Cut List?
I am the commissioner in a league with only 4 teams. People are annoyed with the amount of players on the Can't Cut List. With only 4 teams, each team has 90% of their players on the list. Is there any way to change these settings? THANK YOU!!

According to this topic in the help section, you can turn off the Can't Cut list using the commissioner tools: http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/sports/fantasyspo... You need to go to the league settings tool to do this.
