Is the present Nuclear Arms reduction meeting of USA and Russia a Farce.?
With both countries increasing the power and accuracy of their war heads they do not need so many.. Is it not best to calculate the the destructive power of the remaining wareheads and reduce to a balance and have genuine intensions..
