Who is the most overrated actor/actress?

Actor: Brad Pitt. He's a good actor and Mr. & Mrs. Smith was a cool movie, but he ain't no action star so let's not pretend.

Actress: Angelina Jolie. The Tomb Raider movies were awesome, but hollywood is trying to portray her as THE BEST actress in the world and there are plenty actresses better than her.

Angelina Jolie. Nicolas Cage is a good nominee too. Jennifer Lopez, Robert Redford (watch Jeremiah Johnson in the first 10 minutes, you'll see why), Ben Stiller(only in his own mind), Dwayne Johnson (though I'd never say that to his face), Miley Cyrus (Probably she tops my list), and Kirsten Dunst. I'm sure I'm forgetting a lot that I'll kick myself later for leaving out, but this is a good list.

There are quite a few, but I'd say Tom Cruise is pretty high up there on my list.

He's the type of actor who is CONSTANTLY playing himself in every movie, showing that he really doesnt have much range at all. I mean you never remember the characters names that he plays because they're all basically the same. you go to see a movie of his pretty much simply to see how tom cruise would react in the situation, not how the character he's playing would...

i really dont know if that makes any sense, its hard to explain it how i see it in my head, haha, but yeahh i'd definitely have to say that Tom Cruise is extremely overrated.

My vote is for Jim Carrey, being a comedian is the most difficult acting role in the movie, a comedian can perform any sort of role but any other action hero can't perform well if he is given a chance to act in comedy movie, isn't it ?

That was a good one, however, I would add Meghan Fox. She is just eye candy. The best role she ever did was in Transformers, when all she did was looked pretty and shut up. Also, Angelina Jolie.

I once liked Nicolas Cage. I cannot stand him now.

Con air, and gone in 60 sec was the last time I could stand him.

Lately I try to find films with no name actors.

Popular actors seem to distract from a good story. In my opinion.
