Are my Fire Belly Toads Fighting or Mating?

I use to think that the smaller one was female but now that I have my male in the tank with her it sounds like shes barking too. I'm not sure though.

I have a video of them "fighting" or mating in the water here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v7bBkvC6pqQ

The reason it's titled to males is because I assumed that after three weeks of with no eggs that they must just be two males. However I may be wrong. The smaller one is the female (she's younger the the other one) and the big one is the new guy.

I know that for frogs and other cold blooded animals the females are bigger but as I said before he's older. Anyway, watch the video and tell me what they are doing. I really want them to be mating.

In frogs, the larger one is always the female. Looks like he's trying to mate with her, but she isn't cooperating and doesn't want to. The male obiously does, and is trying to get on her but shes pushing him away.
